Interview Schedule
Aiming for sustainable development in recruitment and human resource management, Vietjet will apply AI technologies to improve and optimize the recruitment process, enhance efficiency, and improve the candidate experience, as well as digitalize data processing and eliminate paper-based processes.

Job Description
Ensure the safety and security of passengers during the flight;
Perform all duties and services during the flight;
Utilize first aid knowledge to assist passengers when needed;
Other assigned tasks.
Job Requirement
Education: at least high school graduate
Communication skills: Excellent English communication and presentation skills
English certificate: min. TOEIC 500 or equivalent (IELTS 4.0/TOEFL iBT 40/TOEFL ITP 450 or University Degree with English Major). TOEFL iBT home edition and certificates that cannot be verified in Vietnam are not accepted
Medically fit to meet cabin crew requirements
Balanced eyes, short-sightedness not exceeding 3 degrees, no squint, and even eye color on both sides
No visible tattoo or scar while in Vietjet Cabin Crew Uniform (covering by make-up or plaster is prohibited)
After clearing all the interview rounds and being selected by Vietjet, cabin crew trainees must complete initial training (Training bond & Training fees agreements)
